Transfer Orders

A product can be transferred from current location to another location according to defined transfer scenario. OMS creates a transfer order for the product that will post.

The transfer orders screen contains Filters area and Transfer Orders list.

Filters

You can filter transfer orders based on a number of criteria. These criteria include the following: Transfer No, Package No, Order No, Package Location, Transfer Location, Transfer State and Remote ID. The criteria you choose are shown in the 'Active Filters' area.

Transfers List

The list showing all transfer orders. You can view the transfer orders list based on a range of filtering options. You can access the 'Order Details' screen by clicking on the order number, the 'Package Details' screen by clicking on the package number or 'Transfer Details' screen by clicking on the order number

Transfer Details

  • Package Information: This includes the following information: 'Package Number', 'Packaging Address', 'Packaging Location', 'Package Status', 'Shipping Company', and 'Tracking Number'. You can click the 'Show Package Document' button to see the label that will be put on the package. You can also display the label provided by the shipping firm integrated into the system by clicking on the 'Show Shipping Label' button under the tracking number.

  • Order Information: This includes Order Number, the Customer's 'Name - Last Name', 'Email Address', and 'Phone Number', as well as the 'Channel' through which the order was placed. You can reach the 'Order Details' screen by clicking on the order number displayed.

  • Address Details: It includes 'Delivery Address' and 'Store Pickup' status information.

Transfer Location Movements

Locations

This is where all packaging and transfer locations are listed. You can filter locations and add new stock locations.

New Stock Location Follow the steps given below to add new locations;

  1. Click the New Stock Location button

  2. Select the stock location type as the store or warehouse.

  3. Give a name to the location.

  4. You must select whether the location is a packaging center or not. Packaging centers are locations where shipments are dispatched to the end user. And also packaging center is where the operations of barcode reading and shipping to the end user are carried out.

  5. You must select whether the location is a delivery center. If this location will be used for store pickup, it must be selected as a delivery center.

  6. If the location is to be used as a transfer center, yes should be selected.

  7. Select whether the location is a returns center. Returns are accepted at a location whose returns location status is marked as Yes.

  8. Select product stock integration which you would like to connect with the brand's proprietary ERP platform.

  9. Define "priority" to prioritize this location over other locations. When there is a stock of products in many locations, the package order mechanism checks the priority of the locations and sends the command for the package to the minimum priority value among them.

  10. Give a phone number which can be used to call the location during day emergencies.
    It is automatically matched with the phone number field provided for the warehouse from Omnitron.

  11. Give a phone number which can be used to call the location during night emergencies.

  12. Enter the ERP code for the location in the ERP system

  13. Enter “planned packaging duration” in the format “d hh:mm:ss”

  14. Enter “planned exit duration” in the format “d hh:mm:ss”

  15. Enter addresses labels.

  16. Enter the “latitude” and “longitude” of the location. Longitude and latitude is used for the readiness of packaging from the closest location where the customer location that gave the order. Therefore, the longer the location accuracy, the lower the error rate of the system.

  17. After the required fields are filled / selected, click Send button.

Filters

You can filter locations based on a number of criteria. These criteria include the following: City, District, Stock Location Name, Stock Location Type, ERP Code, Delivery Location, Transfer Location, Return Location, Packaging Center, Destination Packaging Date, Destination Exit Date, Active. The criteria you choose are shown in the active filters area..

You can add or remove filters from the filter settings, follow the steps given below to change filters;

  1. Click the Filters button.

  2. Select criteria you desire to filter.

  3. After selecting the criteria you want to apply, click Apply button.
