Packages

On the package screen, customer can monitor package status, order information, address details, other packages in the order, products in the package, webhook events and transition logs.

Package Information

This section includes the following information: Package Number, Packaging Address, Packaging Location, Package Status, Shipping Company and Tracking Number. You can click the Show Package Document button to see the label that will be put on the package. You can also display the label provided by the shipping firm integrated into the system by clicking on the Show Shipping Label button under the tracking number.

Order Information

This includes Order Number, the customer's Name - Last Name, Email Address, and Phone Number, as well as the Channel through which the order was placed. You can reach the Order Details screen by clicking on the order number displayed.

Address Details

It includes Delivery Address and Store Pickup status information.

Other Packages in the Order

It contains the numbers belonging to the other packages included in the order. You can reach the Package Details screen of the other packages by clicking on the package number.

Products in the Package

It displays a list containing the products included in the package. The list shows the following information: Image, SKU, Product Name, Packaging Location, Transfer Departure Point, Projected Departure Date, and Status.

Packaging Orders

Packaging orders page is the screen where all packaging transactions are displayed and managed.

After an order is received, the products in the order are searched in stock locations according to the defined scenarios. After the products are found, the package process begins. If the products in the order are in different stock locations, there will be a different packing order and package code for each package.

If a product is canceled, the package containing the product is also canceled. A new package will be created that contains the other products in the canceled package. For example, let's say that there are 5 products in the package. If 2 of them are canceled, a new packaging order is created with other 3 products.

The packaging orders screen contains Filters area and Packages list.

Filters

You can filter packages based on a number of criteria. These criteria include the following: SKU, Package No, Order No, Package Status, Packaging Location, Delivery From Store, Shipping Company, Order Date, Erp Code, Stock Location Type, Click and Collect, Creation Start Date, Creation EndDate, Update Start Date, Update End Date, Order Channel and Delivery Type. The criteria you choose are shown in the Active Filters area.

You can add or omit filters from the filter settings, follow the steps given below to change filters;

  1. Click the Filters button.
  2. Select criteria you will filter.
  3. After selecting the criteria you want to apply, then click Apply button.

Package List

It is the list showing all packing orders. You can view the packing orders list based on a range of filtering options. You can access the 'Order Details' screen by clicking on the order number or the 'Package Details' screen by clicking on the package number.

  • Package No: It shows package no.
  • Order No: It shows order no.
  • Order Channel: It shows from which channel it was ordered
  • Order Date: It is when it was ordered.
  • Destination Exit Date: Scheduled release date of the package.
  • Destination From Store: Shows whether the delivery will be made from the store.
  • Package Status: Indicates at what stage the package is in the packaging process flow
  • Packaging Location: It shows which location should do package
  • Product Count in Package: It shows how many items in the package
